温经通络方外洗对膝关节创伤性关节炎关节液NO、SOD、MDA的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:通过观察中药温经通络熏洗方对膝关节创伤性关节炎关节液一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的影响及临床疗效,探讨其治疗机制,评价其治疗效果。方法:将42例膝关节创伤性关节炎患者随机分为两组,中药熏洗组及扶他林组。中药熏洗组:选用温经通络洗方熏蒸患部,加服扶他林安慰剂;扶他林组:口服扶他林片(北京诺华制药有限公司生产),中药安慰剂熏洗。疗程1个月,随访2周。治疗前后及随访2周,以HSS膝关节评分作为功能评定指标进行评价。并于治疗前、后抽取患者关节液进行NO、SOD和MDA的含量的测定。结果:治疗后关节液中NO、SOD、MDA含量测定,中药熏洗组与扶他林组相比NO含量明显减少、SOD明显增加(P<0.05);扶他林治疗组MDA含量无明显改变,中药熏洗组MDA明显减少。中药熏洗组及扶他林组治疗前后HSS评分比较,P<0.05。治疗后两组间HSS评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两周末两组间HSS评分比较,P<0.05。结论:温经通络洗方熏洗可减少关节液中NO及MDA含量,增加SOD含量,并有效地缓解创伤性关节炎的临床症状。
