介绍了ＦＴＦ加弹机的特性，通过对工艺、设备及辅料的有效控制，大大减少了绊丝和成形不良现象，为进一步稳定生产、提高产品质量总结出最佳工艺参数。
In this paper, introduced FTF drawing machine's characteristic and how to improve webbing and bad shape through analysis the process ,equipment, auxiliary material, seablize the production,get the optimam process parameter, improve the quality of products.
