补肾调周法治疗无排卵性不孕症疗效观察

Observation of Efficacy on Anovulatory Infertility Treated with Regulation Menstrual Cycle by Tonifying the Kidney

目的:观察补肾调周法治疗肾虚型无排卵性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将80例肾虚型无排卵性不孕症患者按抽签法随机分为治疗组(中药补肾调周组)和对照组(克罗米芬组)。按规定的方法及标准服药,两组疗程均为3个月。观察两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分及临床各项指标情况。结果:治疗组总有效率97.5%,对照组总有效率75%,两组疗效比较有显效性差异(P<0.05);治疗组妊娠情况、宫颈粘液评分总有效率与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候积分,子宫内膜厚度及基础体温总有效率与对照组比较有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:补肾调周法治疗肾虚型无排卵性不孕症患者,疗效显著,提高妊娠率及改善临床症状方面显示出明显优势。

Objectives：To observe the clinical effecacy on anovulatory infertility due to kidney deficiency treated with regulation menstrual cycle by tonifying the kidney.Methods：80 patients that had anovulatory infertility due to kidney deficiency drawed to control（clomiphene group）and treatment groups（regulation menstrual cycle by tonifying the kidney group）randomly.All patients took medicine according to the measure and criterion prescriptived,The peiod of both treatments was 3 months.It was to observe the clinical efficacy,integrals of syndromes in Chinese medicine and every clinical item index in two groups.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.50%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 75.0%.The efficacy showed significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.In treatment group,the total effective rate of pregnancy and cervical mucus score were both significantly different from those in control group（P0.05）;In treatment group,the total effective rate of endometrial thickness and basic body temperature were both extremely significant from those in control group（P0.01）.Conclusions：Regulation menstrual cycle by tonifying the kidney presents significant therapeutic efficacy on anovulatory infertility due to kidney deficiency,with evident superiority to increase pregnancy rate and improve clinical symptoms.
