单核细胞趋化蛋白-1和超敏C反应蛋白在冠心病患者血清中的表达及意义 被引量:5

The expression and significance of serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 and high sensitive c-reactive protein in patients with coronary heart disease

摘要 目的:探讨单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成、稳定性以及病情严重程度的关系。方法:入选对象经临床及冠状动脉造影检查明确诊断后分为急性心肌梗死(AMI)组、不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组、稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组及非冠心病对照组,UAP组再进行Braunwald分级,分别用ELISA法和免疫比浊法检测MCP-1和hs-CRP。结果:AMI组和UAP组血清MCP-1和hs-CRP水平显著高于SAP组和对照组(P<0.05),AMI组和UAP组之间差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05),SAP组与对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Braunwald分级各组别之间差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清MCP-1和hs-CRP水平与粥样斑块的形成和稳定性有关,并反映了病情的严重程度,可以作为预测急性冠脉事件和判断病情严重程度的可靠指标。 Objective:To discuss the relationship between monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),high sensitive c-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and the formation,stability of the atherosclerotic plaque,and severity of the disease.Methods:Selected objects were confirmed by clinical situation and coronary angiography,and were divided into acute myocardial infarction (AMI)group,unstable angina pectoris(UAP) group,stable angina pectoris (SAP)group and control group.The UAP group was divided by Braunwald classification.MCP-1 was measured by ELISA and hs-CRP was measured by immunoturbidimetry.Results:The levels of MCP-1 and hs-CRP in AMI group and UAP group were significantly higher than those in SAP group and control group(P0.05),and the same in AMI group and UAP group(P0.05),also in groups of Braunwald classification(P0.05),but there was no significant difference between SAP group and control group (P0.05).Conclusion:MCP-1 and hs-CRP may be involved in the formation and stability of plaque,and reflect the severity of the disease,and can serve as a predictor of acute coronary events.
