Feasibility Analysis of Pilot Study of Intelligent Substation in East China Power Grid

摘要 智能变电站具有分布式智能决策的高级功能,是组成智能电网的智能节点。开展智能变电站的试点研究,对华东电网全面推进统一坚强智能电网建设具有重要的基础性意义。从智能变电站与数字化变电站的差异分析出发,具体阐述了智能变电站的远景功能和特征,介绍了国内外相关领域研究水平,并着重论述了华东电网开展智能变电站试点研究的必要性和优势条件。 Intelligent substation has the advanced function of distributed intelligent decision-making,which is the intelligent node of forming smart grid.Performing the pilot study of intelligent substation has the fundamental significance for East China Power Grid to comprehensively advance the construction of the unified and strong smart grid.Based on the analysis of the difference between intelligent substation and digitalized substation,the prospective functions and features of intelligent substation were elaborated in detail,the research levels of the related fields in domestic and abroad were summarized and,in particularly,the necessity and superior conditions of conducting the pilot study of intelligent substation in East China Power Grid were elaborated.
