三聚氰胺树脂生产工厂甲醛接触水平调查 被引量:2

Investigation on occupational exposure to formaldehyde in a melamine-formaldehyde resin manufactory

摘要 目的调查三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(MF)生产工厂的甲醛接触水平。方法用UMEX100和3M3500采样器分别采集MF生产工艺不同车间的空气样品,分别测定甲醛和其他挥发性有机物的时间加权平均浓度(TWA)。结果 MF生产工艺的全流程,反应、干燥和球磨车间的甲醛4hTWA分别为:8.80(4.26~15.85)、3.12(2.91~3.49)和1.87(1.78~1.95)mg/m3,均超过国家标准;其他挥发性有机物如苯、苯乙烯等的浓度低于检测限。结论 MF生产车间以甲醛污染为主,超标严重。 Objective To investigate the air formaldehyde level in melamine-formaldehyde resin (MF) manufactory.Methods UMEX 100 and 3M 3500 were used to collect the air samples of different workshops in a MF manufactory.The concentrations (time weighted average,TWA) of formaldehyde and other volatile organic compounds were analyzed,respectively.Results The levels of formaldehyde (4-hour TWA) in workshops of reaction,drying and grinding were 8.80 (4.26~15.85) mg/m3,3.12(2.91~3.49)mg/m3 and 1.87(1.78~1.95)mg/m3,respectively,all of which surpassed the national occupational exposure limit (OEL) of China.Other volatile organic compounds,such as benzene and styrene,were below the limit.Conclusion Formaldehyde was the main occupational exposure chemical in MF manufactory which surpassed the national limits seriously.
