彝医张之道治疗缺血性心脏病医疗经验整理

ZHANG Zhi-dao's Experience of Treating the Blood-Deficiency Heart Attack

缺血性心脏病是冠状动脉硬化,血流不畅,心肌缺血、缺氧所致,是严重危害中老年身体健康的常见病之一。老彝医张之道集四十多年的临床实践经验,研制出了彝医治疗缺血性心脏病的有效药物"彝心康胶囊"。笔者跟师多年,发现老彝医张之道诊断缺血性心脏病有一些与中医和西医不同的特殊诊断方法,现加以系统的整理,并按此方法指导用药。"彝心康胶囊"在改善心肌缺血、重建心脏侧枝循环、消除胸闷、胸痛等各种症状方面均有显著的疗效,值得认真总结和加以介绍。对其治疗缺血性心脏病的临床经验进行总结和介绍。

It is generally accepted that the blood-deficiency heart attack,one of the commonly encountered diseases among the senior patients,is caused by coronary sclerosis,blood obstructon,myocardial ischemia,and the oxygen deficit,it is harmful to the health of the patients.Zheng Zhidao,an experienced doctor in Yi medicine,has practiced medicine for more than forty years and developed a new capsule named ＂Yixinkang＂,which is particularly effective against myocardial ischemia,heart collateral circulation,chest suffocation,and chest pain.As one of his followers,the present author examines his clinical experience and finds that his treatment to the blood-deficiency heart attack distinguishes from Western medicine as well as traditional Chinese medicine.In order to introduce and popularize the effective treatment,Zhengs treatment will be systematized in this paper.
