猪牙皂多糖提取工艺及体外抗氧化活性的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:研究猪牙皂多糖的提取工艺条件及其抗氧化活性。方法:在对时间、温度、料液比进行单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验优化猪牙皂多糖的提取工艺条件。抗氧化活性的研究采用邻苯三酚自氧化法。结果:料液比(A)、提取温度(B)、提取时间(C)对猪牙皂多糖提取影响的顺序为A>B>C。适宜的提取工艺条件为料液比1∶25、温度90℃、时间60min。0.9μg/mL的猪牙皂多糖溶液可消除50%的超氧自由基(即CC50=0.9μg/mL),对羟自由基(.OH)清除的CC50=1.74mg/mL。结论:猪牙皂多糖具有较强的清除超氧自由基和羟自由基的作用。 Objective:Study on the extraction technology and anti-oxidant activity of Pericarp Polysaccharide from Fructus Gleditsiae abnormalis.Method:Single factor and orthogonal tests were applied to optimize the extraction conditions of polysaccharide from Fructus Gleditsiae abnormalis pericarp,including the ratio of raw materials to solvent,temperature,time.Anti-oxidation was detected with pyrogallol autoxidation and Fenton reaction.Result:The optimum extraction conditions were the ratio of raw materials to solvant 1∶25(w/v),90℃ for 60 minutes.Anti-oxidation tests show that the polysaccharides concentration required to clear 50% O2-·is 0.9μg/ml and the concentration required to clear 50% ·OH is 1.74mg/ml.Conclusion:Pericarp polysaccharides from Gleditsiae abnormalis appear strong antioxidation.
