资本溢出、技术进步与中国区域经济增长——基于省级面板数据的实证分析

Capital Spillovers,Technology Progress and Regional Economic Growth in China——an Empirical Analysis on Provinces' Panel Data

通过建立资本溢出、技术进步对GDP的面板数据模型,运用计量回归方法对我国各地区的经济增长进行实证分析。结果表明,技术进步在区域经济发展中起着主导作用,物质资本溢出、研发资本溢出对各地区的经济增长都起到了促进作用,人力资本水平总体上比较低,对区域经济增长的影响作用较小。

In this paper,through constructing the panel data models of capital spillovers and technology progress to regional GDP,and using the econometric regression method,the author carried out the empirical study on China＇s economic growth.The results indicate that the technology progress plays a leading role in the course of regional economic development,physical capital spillovers and RD capital spillovers have played a promoting role for regional economic growth,and the human capital level is relatively low and plays a less effective role for regional economic growth.
