摘要
从博弈角度解释当今高新技术产品国际市场竞争激烈的原因。作为发展中国家,我国存在设置更高技术贸易壁垒的障碍,而且由于对海外市场的依赖程度高,实施报复策略无利可图。提出大力培育国内市场,减少对海外市场的依赖程度;鼓励高新技术产业加强研发,培育具有高附加值的产品等应对策略。
From the perspective of game theory,the thesis explains the phenomena that the international market of high-tech products is getting highly competitive.It is hard for China to set higher technical trade barriers because of the lower-tech.With a high degree of dependence on the markets of developed countries,China has to set higher TBT under some constraints.This paper presents coping strategies as follows：to cultivate the domestic market and reduce dependence on overseas markets;to encourage high-tech industry to strengthen research and development;to develop high value-added products.
