浅议突发气象灾害中应急物流的气象保障服务

探讨突发气象灾害事件中的应急物流与气象保障服务。在突发气象灾害事件中,应急物流和气象保障服务是相辅相成的。灾害爆发时,应急物流首先要为现场应急气象服务提供必要的物流支持,以保证应急气象服务的及时开展;气象部门应急气象服务的及时开展,反过来又可以保障灾害救援中应急物流能够快速、顺利的开展,以保障防灾、救灾工作的顺利开展。鉴于气象应急服务在应急物流中的重要性,我们应当加强应急物流的气象保障服务研究,以促进应急物流体系的完善,提高我国灾害救援的能力。

In this paper,the meteorological safeguard service of emergency logistics in paroxysmal disasters was discussed.In emergency rescue of paroxysmal disasters,emergency logistics and meteorological safeguard service are complementary.When the disasters happened,first of all,emergency logistics ought to provide essential logistic backup for meteorological safeguard service working in time.The urgent meteorological service in time may make emergency logistics carry out quickly and smoothly in disaster rescue,and may ensure the work of disaster prevention and reduction to carry out smoothly.For the importance of urgent meteorological service in emergency logistics,the research on meteorological safeguard service for emergency logistics ought to be strengthened,which could accelerate the perfection of emergency logistics system and improve the ability of disaster rescue in our country.
