Archival Information Security Countermeasures Based on the Network Environment

伴随着网络技术在全球范围内的普及,人类已经进入信息时代。档案在网络环境下的利用率越来越高,档案管理的网络化成为发展的必然趋势。由于网络的共享性、开放性等特征,决定了网络的脆弱性,档案的安全存在着严重的隐患,很容易受到各种因素的影响,造成档案信息泄露、假冒、篡改等诸多问题,甚至给整个网络安全带来威胁。因此如何做好网络环境下的档案安全工作是档案界首要问题。

Accompanied by the development of network technology in the global level,mankind has entered the information age.Under the network environment,the utilization rate of archives is much higher than before,and the networking of file management has become the inevitable trend of development.Since the network carries the features of sharing and opening,it is vulnerable against attacks.And archive management has to face serious security problems,such as information disclosure,counterfeiting,juggling,etc.This may even bring a big threat to the whole network security.
