An Analysis of the Impact of Traditional Chinese Culture on Patent Output Quality in China

首先通过大量的数据分析国内专利产出质量的现状,发现国内专利有效率一直处于较低水平、有效专利的结构分布失衡、专利的维持时间较短;其次,尝试从科技创新文化的角度来分析中国传统文化对专利产出质量的影响,包括对我国政府专利政策的影响、对企业发明专利产出的影响、对高校专利质量和市场实施应用的影响等;并在此基础上提出相关建议,即必须对传统文化进行反思、变革和创新,营造有利于提高国内专利产出质量的文化氛围和环境,真正实现专利的技术价值和经济价值。

The paper firstly addresses the current situation of patent output quality in China via abundant data analysis.It indicates that China suffers from comparatively low-rate patent validity,imbalance in valid patent structure and distribution,and relatively short patent maintenance period.From the perspective of technology innovation culture,this paper intends to analyze the influence of traditional Chinese culture on patent output quality,including the influence on Chinese government＇s patent policies,invention patent output of enterprises,universities＇patent quality and its marketing application.According to the status-quo analysis,the paper proposes some related suggestions.It＇s imperative to reflect on traditional culture,to reform and innovate,in order to create the advantageous cultural environment for upgrading China＇s patent output quality,and eventually to realize the technological and economic values of patent.
