摘要
评估与评价信息或学习共享空间(Information/Learning Commons,简称IC/LC),不仅对管理者和用户明确建设目标、评判IC的价值或效果、衡量满意度、保证IC良性运行,提高IC服务水平等有着重要意义,而且为管理者、投资人及监督、考评部门实施有效管理以适应时代变革提供科学依据,它贯穿IC(LC)规划与运营的整个过程,是IC规划与实施中最为重要的一环。IC的评估与评价需要科学的调查与调研。该文探讨了调查与调研在IC评估与评价中的应用问题,认为调查与调研对于评估与评价IC规划与实施有着重要的指导意义。
IC (LC) assessment and evaluation are not only of great significance for the managers and users for constructing of IC the development goals, judging the value or effectiveness of IC, measuring satisfaction, ensuring sound operation of IC and improving the level of IC service, but also provide scientific basis for managers, investors and supervision, evaluation departments to effectively adapt to changes of the era. It runs through the whole process of IC planning and implementation as the most important part. The assessment and evaluation of IC need scientific investigation and research. This paper discusses the investigation and research in the IC assessment and evaluation of the application, deems that investigation and research have an important guiding significance for the assessment and evaluation of IC planning and implementation.
