摘要
在２５０ｍＬ三口烧瓶中加入适量的水，在设计温度下，按比例及加料方式加入单体（ＡＡ＋ＡＮ）、引发剂（ＮＨ４）２Ｓ２Ｏ８及分子量调节剂。反应１２０ｍｉｎ后降温至３５℃，调ｐＨ值到适当值，加入Ｍａｎｎｉｃｈ试剂，保温反应６０ｍｉｎ，调ｐＨ值为５．８～６．５即可。该复鞣剂选择填充性能突出，对阴离子型丙烯酸树脂复鞣剂的“败色”现象有较大程度的改善。
A suitable amount of water is put into a 250mL 3mouth flask, and added, in proportion and feeding mode, by the component (AA+AN), initiator (NH4)2S2O8 and regulator of molecular weight at a certain temperature. The reaction lasts for 120min and then the temperature is reduced to 35,followed by the adjustment of pH to a certain value. Mannich reagent is then added into the mixture and reacted for 60min under the keeping temperature. Finally the pH value is adjusted to 5.8-6.5 to give the title product.
