聚氨酯改性聚丙烯酸类填充树脂的研究

Study on Filling Resin(JPU) of Polyacrylic AcidModified with Polyurethane

将聚醚１、甲苯二异氰酸酯（ＴＤＩ）投入反应瓶中，并在较低温度下，预聚反应１～２ｈ，然后将具有较好流动性未反应完的ＰＵ预聚体加入到聚醚２和有机酸酐半脂反应瓶中，继续进行多段共聚反应，制得改性聚氨酯（ＰＵ）溶液；然后在有机胺碱性条件下，用非离子型乳化剂进行乳化，合成出改性聚氨酯（ＰＵ）乳液。ＰＵ乳液与ＰＡ填充树脂，在一定条件下。

Put polyether 1,TDI(Toluene Diisocynate) into a react flask,kept pre_polymerizing at lower temp. for 1h,then the above_prepolymer of incompletely reacted PU with good flowability was added into another flask containing polyether 2 and anhydride of organic acid to continue multistage copolymerizing to obtain a modified PU solution,and followed by emulsifying the above PU solution with nonionic emulsifying agent in the presence of organic amine to obtain a modified PU emulsion. PU emulsion was mixed with PA filling resin to obtain a PU emulsion_modified PA filling resin (JPU filling resin,hereafter).
