SRY基因调控网络的研究进展

摘要 性别决定过程可能是以SRY基因为主导,由一系列上游或下游基因参入和协调的级联反应过程。研究发现,DMRT1、SOX9、SF1、WT1、LIM1、LHX9和DAX1等基因对动物性别的决定和性器官的分化起着重要作用。本文就SRY及性别相关基因调控网络的研究进展作一综述。 Since Sry was discovered numberous genes have been suggested in the literature comprising the chain of gene expression for male differentiation. There are many evidences to show that SRY is at the top of the cascade of genetic activity leading to male development in mammals. The functions of some genes,such as WT1, SF1, SP1, SOX9, DMRT1 and DMRT2, have already been defined in male gonadal morphogenesis. This paper presented a review of the genes involved in the formation of the male gonad in mammals.
