摘要 将聚酯多元醇、TDI投入反应瓶里,在80~120℃下保温搅拌反应2h,降温至50~70℃,加入扩链剂、丙酮和催化剂,并在此温度下搅拌2~4h,然后在乳化釜中在高速搅拌下进行乳化,乳液减压蒸馏脱除丙酮,过滤得产品。 Polyester polyols and TDI are put into a reactor, stirred and reacted for 2h, while the temperature is kept at 80-120. And then chain extender, acetone and catalyst are added into the mixture, with the temperature reduction to 50-70, and stirred at the same temperature for 2-4h. Emulsification is carried out in an emulsifying pot at a high stirring speed. The emulsion is distilled under a reduced pressure and left acetone free to give the title product after the filtration.
