摘要
以法门寺合十舍利塔基础筏板施工为例,根据三维热传导理论,采用有限元软件模拟承台大体积混凝土温度场,计算结果与工程实测相对比,表明计算结果与实际较吻合;分析不同养护情况对混凝土温度场的影响,结果表明养护情况对混凝土表面温度及降温阶段中心处混凝土温度影响很大,提出预防温差过大导致混凝土产生裂缝的措施。此方法可为类似工程提供参考。
The paper used the cushion cap of the Palms Together Dagoda in the Famen Temple as an example. According to the three-dimension thermal conductivity theory, the finite element analysis software ANSYS was employed to simulate temperature field of mass concrete. Comparing the result with practical data, which indicate that result is consistent with the practical data; Using the software ANSYS,the paper also analysed the effects,as a result of different curing methods on the temperature of concrete, on the temperature field of mass concrete. The results indicate that the curing methods have a great influence on the exterior temperature of the mass concrete and also affect the central temperature greatly when the temperature begin to drop. The methods in the paper can provide references for similar projects.
