摘要
本文根据蓄热式换热器的特点建立起相应的数学模型,并且通过仿真软件对数学模型进行计算,根据得到的结果,分析了换热器长度和迎面风速对换热器效率的影响。计算结果表明,换热器的效率随着换热器长度的增加而提高,但是到了一定长度以后,换热器效率随长度的变化不明显,此长度为换热器的优化尺寸,而换热器的效率随风速的增大而显著减小,确定流动风速时应该考虑风机匹配的问题。
The modeling of regenerative heat exchanger was developed.The simulation of the heat transfer process that occurs in the regenerative heat exchanger was carried out with MATLAB SIMULINK.Using the numerical method,the performance of regenerative heat exchanger was parametrically studied.The results show that,the outlet temperature increases with the length increases and the air velocity decreases.Basing on the result,the optimal length of regenerative heat exchanger and air velocity were given.
