摘要
目的研究白芍Paeonialactiflora的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、ODS柱色谱等分离手段,并通过波谱方法对结构进行解析和鉴定。结果从白芍中分离并鉴定了15个化合物:芍药苷(1)、白芍苷(2)、4-O-没食子酰白芍苷(3)、没食子酰芍药苷(4)、6′-O-没食子酰白芍苷(5)、6-O-没食子酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(6)、邻苯三酚(7)、没食子酸(8)、没食子酸甲酯(9)、没食子酸乙酯(10)、儿茶素(11)、1,2,3,4,6-五没食子酰葡萄糖(12)、二(2-乙基己基)邻苯二甲酸酯(13)、蔗糖(14)、β-谷甾醇(15)。结论化合物6为首次从芍药属植物中分离得到,化合物7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in roots of Paeonia lactiflora.Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,and ODS column chromatography.Their structures were elucidated by spectral analyses and physicochemical properties.Results Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as paeoniflorin(1),lalbiflorin(2),4-O-galloylalbiflorin(3),galloypaeonbiflorin(4),galloylalbiflorin(5),6-O-galloyl-β-Dglucopyraneose(6),pyrogallol(7),galic acid(8),methyl gallate(9),ethyl gallate(10),catechin(11),1,2,3,4,6-pentagalloylglucose(12),di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate(13),sucrose(14),and β-sitosterol(15).Conclusion Compound 6 is isolated from the plants of Paeonia L.for the first time.Compound 7 is isolated from the title plant for the first time.
