摘要 研究半实物仿真中的实时性的实现问题。针对以往采用的上下位机来实现半实物仿真的实时性说带来的复杂性问题,引入正在逐步应用的RTX(Real-Time Extension)实时技术,以达到降低系统复杂度和成本,提高实时系统的开发效率和灵活性的目的。探讨在半实物仿真中开发的要点,给出了一种通用的开发模式和流程,设计了共享内存及任务调度的编写算法。基于LabWindows/CVI开发半实物仿真的上位机,利用RTX技术实现非实时程序进程与实时程序进程之间的协同仿真。实验结果表明,该实时技术是可靠的、稳定的,提高了半实物仿真的控制精度,同时降低了半实物仿真测控系统的复杂度。 This paper studies the realization of the real time on the Hardware-In-the-Loop(HIL) simulation.In the past,two computers which are called upper-lower computers are used in the HIL simulation.Aiming at the complexity,this paper brought Real-Time Extension(RTX) into HIL simulation,to reduce the complexity and cost,also to improve the developing efficiency and flexibility of the real time simulation.The keys of development of HIL based on RTX technology was discussed,a general develop mode and process were given,an algorithm was designed for shared memory and task dispatching.This paper developed an upper computer by using LabWindows/CVI of the HIL measuring and controlling software,and realized Co-Simulation between non-real-time simulation process and real-time simulation process.Experiment shows that RTX technology is reliable and stable,which improves the control precision of HIL simulation,reduces the complexity of developing HIL measuring and controlling software.
