摘要
对五种纤维素酶产生菌进行了酶系分析。在稻草料:麸皮=7:3,加水比1:3,硫酸铵添加量3%,初始pH6.0,培养温度28-30℃的优化条件下,培养康氏木霉(Trichoderma Konigii)H5,发酵84小时,可使CMC酶活力达到1860u/g干曲。
Enzyme systems of five strains producing cellulase are analyzed.Trichoderma Konigii H5 isselected as test strain. Under optimal culture conditions, rice straw powers wheat bran is 7:3; the additionrate of wator is 1:3;the addition of (NH4)2SO4 is 3%; the initial pH is 6.0: the culture temperature is 28℃-30℃: the fermentation time is 84h. The CMC enzymatic activity achieved 1860u/g dry leaven.
