摘要
目的探讨鼻饲饮食量、饮食结构对头颈肿瘤患者合并糖尿病术后并发症的影响及效果的评价。方法将32例需要放置鼻饲管的糖尿病头颈肿瘤患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组16例。试验组采用改良的饮食量、饮食结构进行护理干预,增加病人的认知教育,并在研究者督导下进行运动锻炼、饮食控制、心理调适等;对照组采用常规护理方式鼻饲饮食。结果试验组病人护理效果明显优于对照组,并发症、餐前餐后血糖、体重下降明显少于对照组,术后带管时间也较对照纽明显缩短,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论通过护理干预,改良的饮食量、饮食结构,减少了头颈肿瘤患者合并糖尿病术后并发症的发生率,带管时间明显缩短、餐前餐后血糖明显下降、体重下降明显减少,增强了患者恢复健康的信心。
Objective To study the effect of nasal feeding volume, dietary structure on patients with head and neck tumors combined by diabetes mellitus, to evaluated it's effectiveness. Method 32 patients with head and neck tumors needs nasal feeding tube were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. 16 patients in each group. Patients in experimental was given nursing intervention by improved dietary volume and diet- ary structure, and increase cognitive education and researchers guided exercises. Patients in control group was given routine nasal feeding. Result Nursing effect in experimental group was better than that of control group. Complica- tion, blood sugar before and after dinner, reduce of body weight was less than that of control group. There was sig- nificant difference (P〈0.01). Conclusion The occurrence of complication of head and neck tumors combined by dia- betes mellitus was reduced by nursing intervention, improved dietary volume and dietary structure. The time of car- rying tube and blood sugar before and after dinner was reduced, loss of body weight was slow down, The patients confidence of recovery was strengthened.
