氯氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯的气相色谱分析

Determination of Cypermethrin and High Active Cypermethrin by Gas Chromatography

采用气相色谱法，选用ＤＢ－５毛细管柱（２５ｍ×２５μｍ），ＦＩＤ检测器，以邻苯二甲酸二壬酯为内标，对氯氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯进行定量分析。氯氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯的线性回归系数分别为０９９３和０９９８，变异系数分别为０２２１和０３１８，回收率分别为９９１％～１００２％和９９６％～１００３％

Cypermethrin and high active cypermethrin were analyzed by GC on DB-5 capillary colum using diamyl phthalate as internal standard.The standard deviation of cypermethrin and high active cypermethrin were 0.022 and 0.032,the coefficent of variation were 0.221 and 0.318,the recovery were 99.1%100.2% and 99.6%100.3%,respectively.
