摘要
采用X射线光电子分析仪(XPS-ECSA)检测石墨层间化合物CuCl2-GIC(graphiteintercalationcompounds,GIC)的C1s,Cl2p,Cu2p谱和Cu的Auger谱(ACu).研究GIC的原子存在状态,发现在CuCl2-GIC中,铜并不以单一价态存在,而是以一价、二价2种价态存在.推测CuCl2-GIC中至少存在2种类型的Cu,Cl离子团.微区能谱成分分析得到Cl和Cu的摩尔比小于2,也证明了这个结论.回归分析认为这二价和一价阳离子的摩尔比为43∶1.
XPS-ECSA was used to investigate the atoms state in GIC (graphite intercalation compounds) by the spectra of C1s,Cl2p,Cu2p and Auger spectra of the Cu atom. The exchange of the electrovalence of the cupric ion has been testified by the XPS_ESCA. Two kinds of ion units may exist in CuCl2-GIC, which consist of two kinds of electrovalence cupric ion respectively. Microanalysis of the chemical compounds by the X_ray energy spectrum scanning analysis of TEM testifies the conclusion that the mole ratio of chlorine and copper is less than 2, which is non_stoichoimetric. The mole ratio of the two valence and one valence cupper is 431, which is testified semi_quantitatively by regression analysis on the Cu2p spectra.
