摘要
采用不溶阳极,以硫酸铜溶液为原料生产铜粉是一种新的铜粉制备工艺。由于采用不溶阳极,因而其电耗要比采用可溶阳极高,如何有效降低电积法生产铜粉的成本,是实际生产的关键所在。本文分析了电积法生产铜粉时,各种条件对直流电耗的影响,介绍了实际生产中如何降低电耗所采取的措施。通过各种措施的实施,电耗比试生产初期降低了约20%。
This paper is about a new technology which uses copper sulphate solution as the raw material and insoluble anodes to produce copper powder.The consumption of electricity is higher than that by using soluble anodes.Therefore,it is a key factor on how to reduce the cost in practical production.This paper analyzes the influence of various conditions on direct current consumption and introduces measures to reduce it in the copper powder production.Various measures are used and the electricity consumption is reduced by 20 percent compared with that in the preproduction.
