我国优秀轮椅竞速运动员比赛前后心理特征研究

The Study on the Psychological Features of Chinese Wheelchair Racing Elite Athletes Before and After Competition

采用文献资料法、调查访谈法和数理统计分析,对我国轮椅竞速优秀运动员的心理健康状况进行分析研究。得出轮椅竞速优秀运动员赛后心理健康特征明显高于赛前心理健康特征,参加训练时间较长的运动员的心理健康水平更高,为轮椅竞速运动员在赛前心理训练提供参考依据。

By the method of documentation,interviews and statistics,the paper analyzes the psychological features of China＇s wheelchair racing elite athletes. The result shows that the psychological health condition after competition is significantly higher than that before competition.It may provide references for the training of wheelchair racing athletes before competition.
