Teaching resources are the foundation and key to carry out education and teaching.How to maximize the efficiency of limited resources is a spotlight issue of universities.According to the practice teaching characteristic of physical education institute in normal universities,the authors put forward ways and measures of practice teaching resources exploitation in order to make full use of the limited resources and ensure the teaching practice is carried out smoothly.
