确定普通受拉螺栓数目的近似计算方法及应用

摘要 随着螺栓连接在钢结构中大量使用,普通受拉螺栓连接广泛应用于梁柱节点、柱与牛腿等重要连接。弯矩作用下受拉螺栓数目的影响因素较多,不易一次确定,《钢结构设计规范》未给计算方法,设计中常需反复,影响效率。论文将弯矩作用下受拉螺栓连接的受力情况转化成实腹矩形截面,按中和轴位于弯矩指向的最外排螺栓中心线处,并忽略受压区产生的抵抗力矩,根据力矩平衡,推导出所需螺栓数目的近似计算公式。可一次确定螺栓数目,方便设计。 With the large application of the screw bolts to the steel structures,the normal tension screw bolt connection is widely applied to the beam and pillar connection points,pillar and leg as well as the important connections.There are many factors influenced to the tension screw bolt number under the role of the bending torque and it is hard for one time to determinate the bolt number."The steel structure design code" does not yet to provide the calculation method.Thus the repeated calculations would be needed in the design and the efficiency of the design was influenced.The stressed condition of the tension bolt connection under the role of the bending torque was converted to a solid belly rectangular cross section.Base on the neutral axis located in the central line of the outer row of bolts pointed by the bending torque and to neglect the resistance torque occurred from the compressed zone,according to the balance of the torque,the approximate calculation formula of the required screw bolt number was deduced,which could determinate the screw bolt number by one calculation and could be easy for the design.
