洗煤厂煤质信息管理系统框架的研究

Study on framework of coal quality information management system in coal preparation plant

煤质信息管理是洗煤厂生产管理过程中非常重要的一项工作。论文阐述了国内大型煤业集团下属洗煤厂的业务流程,给出了煤质信息管理系统的基本需求。在此基础上搭建了洗煤厂煤质信息管理系统架构,采用FreeMarker作为页面,Webwork控制业务和分发请求,Ibatis作为数据访问和持久化,通过Spring进行整合,并通过一个具体实例进行了分析。试运行结果表明洗煤厂煤质管理系统的框架具有良好的伸缩性与可扩展性,在开发简洁性、开发效率、开发成本以及维护费用等方面有着一定的优势与广泛的应用前景。

The coal quality information management is one of the vary important work in the production management process of the coal preparation plant.The paper stated the operation process of the coal preparation plant under the domestic larger coal mining groups and provided the basic requirements of the coal quality information management system.Base on the circumstances,the framework of the coal quality information management system was set up for the coal preparation plant.The FreeMarker was applied as the page,the Webwork was applied to control the business and distribute the request and the Ibatis was applied to the data access and persistence.With the integration with the Spring,an analysis was conducted on a certain case.The trial results showed that the framework of the coal quality management system in the coal preparation plant could have excellent extension and expandability and would have certain advantages and wide application prospects in the simplicity development,development efficiency,development cost and maintenance cost.
