乙酸局部注射治疗小鼠肝癌的基础探讨

Fundamental study on local injection of acetic acid for hepatocellular carcinoma in Mice

主要报道局部注射不同浓度乙酸（10％－50％）邓小鼠肝癌的治疗效果。通过大鼠正常肝内注射乙酸所致肝组织损伤及不同浓度乙酸溶液肝实体瘤内注射后所致损伤的病理观察，以及对移植瘤生长曲线、肿瘤缩小率的比较分析，结果表明局部注射10％和15％的乙酸为治疗小鼠肝癌的较适宜浓度。

?To report the therapy effects of local injection of 10% -50% acetic acid on hepatocellular carcinoma in mice are presented in tllispaper l0% ~ l5% is found to be the adequate concentration of aceticaeifd after the pathologic observation of hepatocyte injury on rats and theinjury on hepatocrellular cancinoma of mice by acetic local injection. Soas to be shown at the study of transplanted tumor growth cures and thetumor reduction rate by the same treatment in mice.
