摘要
目的:优选大黄蒽醌衍生物的双相水解连续萃取方法。方法:采用双相水解连续萃取法提取蒽醌衍生物,紫外分光光度法测定其含量;以蒽醌衍生物总含量为筛选指标,采用L9(43)正交试验考察提取条件,优选出最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳条件为:10倍2.5mo.lmL-1硫酸溶液连续水解萃取5h。结论:该法操作简便,重复性好。
Objective : To evaluate the extraction method of anthraquinone derivatives from rhubarb via continuously biphasic hydrolysis. Methods:A novel continuously biphasic hydrolysis extraction condition of anthraquinone derivatives from rhubarb was investigated using L9 (4^3) orthogonal design,determined the contents of the anthraquinone derivatives by UV spectrophotometer. Results: The optimum extraction condition was as follows: 10 times of 2.5 mol.mL 1 vitriol solution and continuously extracted for 5 h. Conclusion:The novel extraction method is easy operation and has good reproducibility.
