2010年7月10日,为期8d的《汽车产品召回监督管理条例（征求意见稿）》结束意见征求。记者从相关部门了解到,汽车企业、相关部门、行业协会以及专家学者、广大消费者针对该条例提出了一些意见和建议,几乎涉及各个条款。各方意见还在整理、分析之中。

July 10, 2010 is the deadline for collecting recommendation and feedback for the <Administrative Management of Supervision on Recall of Auto Product>, which had lasted for 8 days in total. Comparing to the current <Administrative Management of the Recall of Defect Vehicles >, the soliciting version has a variety of differences, such as range of products in concern, definition of defect, responsibility of manufacturers and punishment, etc.
