July 27, 2010, the organizing committee of China (Hangzhou) Race of New Energy Bus held an event in Beijing to announce that XML6125JHEV93C of Golden Dragon performed excellently and was crowned the champion of the race after one day's road-test of multi-functioning's, and two-day's on-road field test. In total, seven hybrid-power buses took part in the race event.
