摘要
通过对凝结水泵设计的关键参数——凝结水的流量和扬程的分析,得出了系统设计和设备选型裕度过大对节能降耗的不利影响。结合凝结水泵选型对轴功率和泵的工作效率的影响,从节能降耗角度,提出了凝结水泵选型的建议。
Through analyzing the key design parameters of condensate water pumps,i.e.the flow and head lift,the system design and excessive redundancy in type selection are found to have adverse effects on energy-saving and consumptionreductions.Based on the effects of condensate pump selection on shaft power and pump efficiency,recommendations are proposed for condensate pump type selection from the perspective of energy-saving and consumption-reduction.
