摘要
环境的温度与应力同时引起光纤光栅耦合波长移动,即存在温度应力交叉敏感问题,在光纤光栅传感器应用中必须实现温度和应力的区分测量。文章以交叉敏感的物理机制为出发点,从单一参量补偿、双参量区分补偿两个角度阐述并分析比较了国内外此问题解决方案的最新进展情况。
A shift of the coupled wavelength of FBG can occur due to the variation of environment temperature together with stress.That is,the cross-sensitivity of temperature and stress is an inherent problem for FBG.Temperature and stress should be measured separately for the application of FBG sensor.Based on the physical mechanism of cross-sensitivity,the latest progress in the world of solution to this problem is introduced and compared in this article,with respect to the compensation by single parameter and double parameters.
