摘要
采用OLT/ONU光收发器、SERDES和FPGA设计完成了EPON物理层各子层的主要功能,解决了传统集成EPON物理层的芯片速率固定、无法更新,价格高昂等缺点。这种分立灵活的设计方法适用于搭建不同速率的EPON系统。
This paper applied OLT/ONU optical transceiver,SERDES,and FPGA,designed and completed the main functions of each sub-layer of EPON physical layer.This paper sloved the disadvantages of traditional integrated EPON physical-layer chip,such as fixed rate,not-updated,high cost,etc.The discrete and flexible design method is suitable for setting up EPON system of different rates.
