摘要
本文用氢氧化钠溶液(025mol/L)为显色剂,采用紫外分光光度法在最大吸收波长236nm处测定红霉素片的溶出度,红霉素溶液浓度在50~150μg/ml范围内与吸收度有良好的线性关系(r=09999),方法简便,灵敏,结果准确可靠。
A UV spectrophotometry method is developed for the dissolution determination of Erythromycin tablet. The 0 25mol/L sodium hydroxide solution is used as coloring regent, and the monitoring wavelength is 236nm. The linear range is 50~150μg/ml(r=0 9999). This method is simple, sensitive and accurate.
