摘要
本文用氢氧化钠溶液（０２５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ）为显色剂，采用紫外分光光度法在最大吸收波长２３６ｎｍ处测定红霉素片的溶出度，红霉素溶液浓度在５０～１５０μｇ／ｍｌ范围内与吸收度有良好的线性关系（ｒ＝０９９９９），方法简便，灵敏，结果准确可靠。
A UV spectrophotometry method is developed for the dissolution determination of Erythromycin tablet. The 0 25mol/L sodium hydroxide solution is used as coloring regent, and the monitoring wavelength is 236nm. The linear range is 50～150μg/ml(r=0 9999). This method is simple, sensitive and accurate.
