瘢痕子宫产生的常见原因有剖宫产术、子宫肌瘤剔除术、子宫畸形矫治术等。瘢痕子宫妇女再次妊娠时子宫破裂发生风险显著增加;妊娠早期瘢痕处妊娠发生率明显升高;妊娠中晚期胎盘并发症如前置胎盘、胎盘植入和胎盘早剥的发生率显著增加,胎盘功能障碍导致胎儿窘迫和产前死产的发生也可能与之有关;此外,再次剖宫产率显著增加。

The common reasons of scar uterus include cesarean section, myomectomy and uterine malformation section. Potential consequences of scar uterus are complications during pregnancy and delivery as well as various conditions in the newborn. Women with scar uterus undergo higher risk of uterine rupture and scar pregnancy in a subsequent pregnancy. Placental complications such as placenta previa, placenta accreta, and placental abruption often are reported to be associated with previous cesarean delivery. Placental dysfunction in terms of intrauterine growth restriction and prenatal stillbirth also has been suggested. In addition, a repeat cesarean delivery more is used during labor.
