摘要
叙述了上海轨道交通10号线5.1标盾构切削钢筋混凝土桩基的施工特点。通过改制盾构刀盘及安装能破碎硬物的装置,在施工中控制总推力、推进速度、刀盘扭矩等参数,不仅顺利地切削桩基,而且控制了施工过程中产生的地表沉降及周边构筑物的沉降。该技术可供类似工程借鉴。
The construction characteristics of shield cutting reinforced concrete pile foundation of Bid 5.1, Shanghai rail transit No.10 line, are put forward in the paper. Through the refitment of shield cutter and the installation of breaking plant and the parameters control of total thrust force, propulsion speed and cutter torque, cutting the pile foundation is completed successfully, furthermore, the settlements of the ground and the surrounding structures are controlled well, which can provide the references for the similar projects.
