矩形顶管主要用于城市繁华街区施工地下通道,覆土深度一般为4～6m。描述了矩形顶管机在某市施工地下通道中遭遇大直径、高强度石块以及中间井设计、基坑围护、开挖、清障、修复顶管机机头等情况。总结的一些施工经验可供同行借鉴。
Rectangular pipe-jacking machine is applied mainly in the underground tunnels of urban busy streets with the buried depth of 4-6 m. Taking a project for example, several construction conditions are put forward including meeting with large diameter & high strength rock, the intermediate well design, foundation pit bracing, excavation, obstacle clearing and the top of pipe-jacking machine mending. The construction experience can provide reference for the colleague.
