摘要
目的:研究强精煎对实验小鼠睾丸Bcl-2、Bax蛋白表达及Bcl-2/Bax比值的影响。方法:80只成年健康雄性小鼠随机分成正常组、模型组、强精煎组和黄精赞育胶囊组各20只。除正常组外,其余3组采用环磷酰胺腹腔注射建立小鼠生精障碍模型,造模结束后第1天开始正常组和模型组灌胃给蒸馏水,其余两组分别给强精煎冲剂、黄精赞育胶囊混悬液,连续30天。结果:与模型组相比,正常组、强精煎组和黄精赞育胶囊组睾丸生殖细胞凋亡基因Bax蛋白表达率较低(P<0.01)、Bcl-2蛋白表达率较高(P<0.01)、细胞内Bcl-2/Bax比值较高(P<0.01),正常组、强精煎组和黄精赞育胶囊组各组间比较睾丸生殖细胞中Bax、Bcl-2蛋白表达及Bcl-2/Bax比值相近(P>0.05)。结论:强精煎治疗小鼠睾丸生精障碍的疗效与Bcl-2、Bax蛋白表达率及Bcl-2/Bax比值密切相关。
Objective:To study the effect of Qiang Jing Deccotion on Bcl-2 and Bax protein expression and Bcl-2/Bax ratio in experimental mice testis. Method : 80 mature male mice were devided into normal group, model group, Qiang Jing Decoction group and Huangjingzanyu Capsule group randomly. There were 20 mice in each group. Except normal group, the other three groups were injected intraperitoneally with Cyclophosphamide to build mice spermatogenesis dysfunction model. From the first day after building models, the normal group and the model group were given distilled water by gavage and the other two groups were given Qiang Jing Deccotion granule and Huangjingzanyu Capsule suspension for 30 days continously. Result: Compared with that of the model group, testis spermatogenie cell apoptosis gene Bax protein expression of the normal group, Qiang Jing Decoction group and Huangiingzanyu Capsule group was lower (P 〈 0.01 ) and Bcl - 2 protein expression and Bcl - 2/Bax ratio in cells of the normal group, Qiang Jing Decoction group and Huangjingzanyu Capsule group was higher(P 〈0.01 ). The comparison between groups has no statistical meaning of Bax and Bcl -2 protein expression and Bcl -2/Bax ratio in the normal group, Qiang Jing Decoction group and Huangjingzanyu Capsule group (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion : The effect of Qiang Jing Deccotion on spermatogenesis dysfunction of mice testis is closely related to Bcl - 2 and Bax protein expression and Bcl -2/Bax ratio.
