清热喘康方治疗支气管哮喘临床观察

Observation of Qingrechuankang Decoction on Bronchial Asthma

目的观察清热喘康方对痰热壅肺型支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将100例痰热壅肺型支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,治疗组口服清热喘康方,对照组予布地奈德气雾剂喷雾,或口服氨茶碱;比较两组临床症状、体征及中医证候改善情况。结果治疗组在改善喘息、胸闷、咳嗽、哮鸣音、湿音、喉间痰鸣等方面优于对照组。结论清热喘康方对痰热壅肺型支气管哮喘具有良好疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinial efficacy of Qingrechchuankang Decoction on bronchial asthma.Methods：100 cases of brunchial asthma with syndrome of Phlegm-Hear Obstruction Lungs were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group with 50 cases in each group.Those in the treatment group took Qingrechuankang Decoction,while in the control group were given the budesonide aerosol spray or the aminophylline tables.In the end of the treatment,the clinical symptom,the physical sign and the TCM syndrome were observed.Results：The improvement of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group including asthmatic,chest distress,cough,wheeze,moist rale and wheezy phlegm interior laryngeal.Conclusion：Qingrechuankang Decoction is effective in bronchial asthma with syndrome of Phlegm-Hear Obstruction Lungs.
