补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死的临床疗效及对血流速度的影响

Influence of Buyanghuanwu Decoction on Clinical Effect and Blood Flow of Cerebral Infarction with Qi deficiency and Blood-stasis Syndrome

目的观察补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死的临床疗效及对血流速度的影响。方法将164例患者分为两组,均予西医常规治疗,治疗组加用补阳还五汤;治疗1个月后进行临床疗效及神经功能缺损程度的评定。结果治疗组在总有效率、改善神经功能评分、血流速度方面均优于对照组。结论补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死的临床疗效较好,并能减少神经功能缺损程度评分,改善脑血流速度。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Buyanghuanwu Decoction on clinical effect and influence of blood flow velocity for cerebral infarction with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome.Methods：164 patients were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group with 82 in each group.The treatment group was used Buyanghuanwu Decoction besides the therapy of the control group.After 1 month,the clinical effect and the neurological function were evaluated.Results：Some improvements in the treatment group were better than those in the control group including the total effect rate,the neurological function score and the blood flow.Conclusion：Buyanghuanwu Decoction do not have a better curative effect in the cerebral infarction with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome,but also decrease the neurological function score and improve the cerebral blood flow velocity.
