益康药酒的抗衰老药效学实验研究

Experimental Study on Pharmacodynamics of Yikang Medicinal Liquor

目的观察益康药酒的抗衰老作用。方法 60只小鼠随机分为益康药酒高、中、低剂量组、模型组、阳性对照组、空白对照组。以D-半乳糖制备亚急性衰老小鼠模型,益康药酒高、中、低剂量组灌胃相应剂量药酒,阳性对照组给予维生素E,空白对照组与模型组用等体积蒸馏水灌胃。6周后,记录各组小鼠避暗法的学习记忆成绩,测定脾脏指数、肝组织中单胺氧化酶(MAO)、血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)活性。结果益康药酒能增强衰老模型小鼠的学习及记忆能力,增加免疫器官的质量,提高血清中SOD的活性,降低血清中MDA和肝脏中MAO的含量。结论益康药酒抗衰老的作用可能与其提高SOD活性、清除自由基和增强机体免疫力有关。

Objective：To observe anti-aging effect of Yikang medicinal liquor.Methods：50 mice were randomly divided into YK high dose group,YK middle dose group,YK low dose group,model group,positive control group and blank control group.Aging mice models caused by D-galactose in YK high,middle and low dose group were given to the corresponding dose medicinal liquor.Positive control group were treated with vitamine E and blank control and model group were treated with the same distilled water.After 6 weeks,learning and memory results of avoid dark experiment,test spleen index,the activity of MAO in liver,the activity of SOD,MDA in blood serum were recorded.Results：Yikang medicinal liquor increased the ability of learning and memory,the immune organ weight,improve the activity of SOD in blood serum,but it decrease the activity of MDA in blood serum and the activity of MAO in liver.Conclusion：Yikang medicinal liquor has anti-aging effects through improving the activity of SOD,removing free radicals and enhancing organism immune function.
