摘要 利用响应面分析法(RSM)优化淫羊藿总黄酮的提取工艺。采用单因素试验选取试验因素与水平。根据中心组合(Box-Benhnken)试验设计原理,采用四因素三水平的响应面分析法,在分析各因素显著性及其交互作用的基础上.得出淫羊藿总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件,即:提取温度85℃,料液比1:15,浸提时间3h,乙醇浓度55%。单因素实验表明最佳提取次数为2次,实际测得的总黄酮得率为0.898%,比理论预测值低3.23%。 In this paper,the conditions of extracting flavonoids from Herba Epimdium were optimized based on response surface method(RSM).Experimental factors and levels were determined by one-factor tests.Subsequently.the Box-Behnken center-united experimental design with 4 factors and 3 levels was used to optimize the extraction conditions.The factors influencing the technological parameters were estimated by quadratic regression analysis with 4 factors and 3 levels.Response surface and contour were finally graphed with the extraction rate as the response value.The optimal conditions of flavones extraction were obtained as:extraction temperature 85℃,the water/solid ratio of 1:15,extraction time 3h,alcohol density 55%,extracted twice.Under the above condition,the one-times extraction rate was up to 0.898%,3.23%.less than the theoretical value.
