食品微生物标准制修订过程中应注意的几个问题 被引量:1

摘要 影响食品安全的因素很多,在食品安全管理中,食品微生物标准的制修订是其中较为重要的因素之一。本文简要分析和论述了在食品微生物标准制修订工作中,应该注意的几个重要环节和问题,以便在今后的标准工作中,尽可能做到既有利于食品安全管理,又有利于食品行业的创新和发展。 There are many factors affecting food safety.In food safety management,the development and revision of food microbiological standards is one of the more important factors.This article gives a brief introduction of the basic principles in microbiological standards development,on purpose of facilitating standard development in future,which is conductive to food safety management,but also will help the food industry innovation and development.
