云南白药配合碘酊治疗宫颈糜烂100例疗效观察

Effect of Yunan Baiyao combined with Iodine on the treatment of cervical erosion:a report of 100 cases

目的:观察云南白药联合碘酊治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法:将100例宫颈糜烂病例随机分为两组;对照组50例,采用3%碘酒治疗;观察组50例,在碘酒治疗的基础上局部加用云南白药治疗。结果:观察组的治愈率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性,术后阴道排液及脱痂出血等并发症观察组亦明显少于对照组。结论:云南白药配合碘酒治疗宫颈糜烂可提高治愈率,减少并发症。

Objectives：To observe the clinical effect of Yunnan Baiyao combined with iodine on the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods： One hundred patients with cervical erosion were randomly divided into two groups： the control group was treated with 3% iodine, while the experiment group was treated with iodine combined with Yunnan Baiyao. Results： The curative rate in the experiment group is significantly higher than that in the control. Conclusion： Yunan Baiyao combined with iodine can greatly enhance the curative effects on cervical erosion and reduce the risk of complications.
