近年来高校图书馆外刊采购工作正经历着巨大的变革,信息技术和网络化出版的飞速发展,电子期刊的大量引进,读者需求的不断变化以及期刊经费的不足,使得外刊采购工作面临巨大的挑战。介绍了外刊采购工作的现状和面临的挑战,提出了外刊采购工作的应对策略。

In recent years,the foreign journals acquisitioning work of university library is now experiencing a great revolution.The rapid development of information technology and networked publication,the introduction of a large number of E-journals,the continuous change of readers＇demands and the shortage of journals acquisitioning funds make the foreign journals acquisitioning work face huge challenge.This paper introduces the present situation of and challenges faced by the foreign journals acquisitioning work,and puts forward some strategies for the foreign journals acquisitioning work.
